Re-strategizing led to a significant increase in monthly leads while lowering the cost per lead
The Problem:
Koala Insulation Franchises have always been siloed with their digital marketing efforts. Each franchise is responsible for finding their own ad agency. Therefore, each franchise location has a different strategy and different KPIs, leading to lackluster, incohesive results.
The Solution:
Lockhern Digital had an opportunity to work with their very first Koala location back in 2023. Koala of Central Pennsylvania was doing well on their own, but they needed more growth than they were getting. They needed a breathe of fresh air on their digital marketing efforts. Lockhern was able to achieve this by creating a strategy that focused around landing pages, call tracking and lead-nurturing, through a combination of brand and nonbrand campaigns across both Google and Meta.
The Results:
Within 60 days, Koala was seeing amazing results. Since then, Lockhern now has 8 Koala locations and are looking to onboard 5-10 more within the following year.
